Volunteering

Amanda has been an invaluable consultant to The Louis Joel Arts & Community Centre board and staff. Through a series of planning meetings, she has helped guide us in developing an exciting new 3 year strategic plan that is professional, practical and visionary. Importantly, she helped us identify our core values and business objectives, as well as developing a SWOT analysis/risk management assessment and beginning to develop strategies for branding, marketing and sales.

Amanda's thorough understanding of organizational development and strategic planning is immediately evident. This combined with her ability to quickly develop a rapport with our board members and staff created a wonderful working relationship of trust and teamwork where we really got to develop our ideas much further than we would have done alone.

We look forward to continuing our professional relationship with Amanda over the coming years and seeing our visions for our Centre being realized.
